More about me!

Thanks for coming here!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I hope you find something interesting, and if you have any questions or just want to chat, feel free to reach out.

I’ve always had a passion for learning, which started at a young age. I used to attend my brother's kindergarten and first-grade classes so often that they even gave me my own desk! When I finally started school, I was well-prepared and managed to excel without much effort, rarely needing to study. In middle school, I joined a specialized program called Cambridge, where I thrived academically, still finding that the material came easily to me.

High school, however, was a bit different. The standard classes didn't quite challenge me, so I transitioned into Cambridge courses at my school and eventually took on AP and IB classes, which pushed me a bit more—but even then, studying wasn’t something I had to do often.

During high school, I was also involved in both concert and marching band, playing the French horn for concert band and the mellophone for marching band. Music was such a big part of my life that I almost majored in it! But when my band director changed, I lost some of that passion and decided to pursue a degree in Computer Science instead.

I started college at Northern Arizona University (NAU) with a full-tuition Lumberjack Scholarship. After about three years there, I transferred to Arizona State University (ASU) due to some mental health struggles and personal issues. Unfortunately, I lost a significant number of credits in the transfer, dropping from 100 to 65 credits. Although I was feeling better mentally, school became tougher, especially since I hadn’t yet developed solid study habits. Currently, I’m working with a success coach to improve my study skills. I also went through a breakup, which was difficult, but I believe it will help my ex pursue her career goals, as she seemed to be stuck in one place after graduation.

When I moved back from NAU, I joined Geek Squad in 2022 as a Counter Agent, assisting customers with checking in their devices. After nearly a year, I was promoted to Advanced Repair Agent at another location. Although I started part-time, I later secured a full-time role. Balancing full-time work with school doesn’t leave me much free time, but I’m focused on my finances and academics because I want to secure a better future, especially since I'm about to become a godfather. I’m excited to spoil my godchild!

Thanks again for reading! Below, you’ll find pictures of my dog, Loki, and some items I made while taking classes in Tempe.

Photos of my Dog and project from forging

This is my Loki! He's the one who helps me a lot and always loves to love. In the background you can see his older sister Daisy! We can't see his other sister Pixie in here though. Overall I have three dogs but Loki is my dog and he loves to be with me.

Overall over the course of two days I was able to make a hook to hand things on (I even added the hole myself!) and then I took the time to really make a nice looking knife. Which didn't happen since it's my first one, nor is it sharp as we can run our hands down the blade and not get cut or anything so I will need to take some time and sharpen it myself.
